Why it searches component folder under examples?!?

Try the following:

Download SDK 15.0.0

Open command line in <..>\nRF5_SDK_15.0.0_a53641a\examples and run:

git clone https://github.com/NordicPlayground/nrf51-ble-tutorial-advertising.git

Open examples\nrf51-ble-tutorial-advertising\nrf52-ble-tutorial-advertising\pca10040\s132\ses\ble_app_template_pca10040_s132.emProject and build the project
