layout review for the nRF52833 module

Hi team,

Customer want to make RF module for nRF52833 aQFN and QFN package.

The schematics is same as reference design.

Only at aQFN , they add another path or RF socket.

Hi,

 

The general layout is fine, but the grounding is not great. Ideally I would want to see an internal ground plane, there are sensitive modules onboard that require a good ground connection.

 

Grounding out of the module could also be improved by adding more ground pins along the edge.
