Power LED not turning on nRF52840 dk

Hi, the power LED no longer turns on on my nRF52840 DK board. The board is still advertising when it is connected to a power source and I am able to connect to it with a mobile device.  However, the J-LINK device does not show up on my computer any more when I try to upload new files to the board. 

I do not know how this issue arose - I was not using any jumper wires, no external connections...just the board plugged into my computer. Any advice/support would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

From time to time we see issues with the Interface MCU firmware gets corrupted and needs to be reprogrammed. Can you try to do that? You can download the Interface MCU firmware here, and update it as described here.
