Button LED doesnt glow

I bought  the device NRF52840 and tried to put the hex code through USB connected to power button.

The HRM hex supposed to blink the LED1 for broadcasting but it doesnt do it and i am not able to connect 

Error says the device doesnt have the required service.

    Maybe you could provide some more information about your setup?

    What version of the nRF5 SDK are you working with? Are you using the precompiled .hex file in the SDK?

    How are you downloading the .hex file do you device. Are you using the nRF52840 development kit, or are you using a custom board?

    If you are not using the precompiled .hex file in the SDK, did you remember to flash the softdevice?
