nRF8001 data encryption

Hello,

I have a few questions about the data encryption process of nRF8001. First, I believe we turn on data encryption with this setting in nRFGo Studio, am I correct?

Second, it is said that nRF8001 uses 128-bit AES-CCM encryption. Does it have a dedicated hardware which does the encryption? If not, does it uses its own processor or the application controller's processor?

Yes, what you are doing in the screen shot is how you configure encryption on your services. You can select what kind of security you want.

There is a HW AES module on the nRF8001, so it handles the encryption on it's own and does not need to borrow resources from the application controller to do so.

How can I connect the nrf8001 to nrfGo? I want to configure it with passkey but I don't know how can I do
