DFU Issue

Hi,

I have 10 custom boards with the nRF52840 chip.

9 boards of them perform the DFU successfully.

And just one board fails with it, All the boards have the same bootloader and the same application !.

Below is a screen shot from the mobile device used to perform the DFU:

what can be the problem !?

Hi JK,

That was odd. Does it always fail in the same way on this board, and not the others? Are you using DFU with or without bonds?

Can you share the full log from the phone (text rather than a screenshot)? Also, a log from the bootloader when using the _debug bootloader with RT logging could be useful.

Hi,

The board who had the DFU issue had an error with it's oscillator.

This is the cause of the problem.
