nRF9160 DeviceID unicity

Hi,

Could you confirm that DeviceID found in FICR of nRF9160 is:

1/ randomly generated (64 bits = 8 bytes)

2/ they are not unique, but already on the chip when it is shipped out of Nordic warehouses

3/ they don't change over time, unless we change them
