Could you provide us with the thermal resistance of the nRF5340?

We need it for the ATEX compliance thermal analysis.

Thermal resistance, Junction to Ambient for a QFN packet like this is typically 50 °C/W.

The ATEX lab will require a formal document however.

Do you have any application note, datasheet, or any "official" PDF with Nordic logo with this value?
