nRF Sniffer BLE Devices List has no names

nRF Sniffer is capturing packets, but I see no device names in the Devices List, and I cannot sniff a paring procedure.

The source address in the Devices List also do not appear to match the BT addresses of my devices.

How can I see device names in the Devices List?

Could you see the device in the device list before paring? If not, please check the device is advertising or not.

Yes, I've checked two phones and a PC, and they are all discoverable with a device name.  The devices can see each other.

What is the board you are running the project? Custom board or DK?

Could you try SDK examples like the Glucose Application? Could you see it is showed in the device list?

I tried the NRFConnect "Bluetooth Low Energy" app, and it was also able to connect with the DK (it programmed the board).  There were devices in the list, but again the name showed as <unknown name>

It seems the address is the random/private/resolvable...?

Hi, 

Private Resolvable addresses are generated from an identity resolving key (IRK) and a random number, and they can be changed often (even during the lifetime of a connection) to avoid the device being identified and tracked by an unknown scanning device.
