Significant issues with downloads

Infocenter "Download offiline documentation" link is broken (see attached images).  This occurs when using either IE or Chrome.

Please advise how to download SDK API.

Unfortunately, the Keil site re-directs me to the Nordic site to download DeviceFamily packs.  As such, it produces the same issue as going directly to the Nordic website.
