how to change file permission?

this is locked(read only) file . how to change the permission of that file to write also.

The same you'd do it to any file on a Windows machine!

• Right-click in Windows Explorer, and use 'Properties'
• Use 'attrib' on the command line.

This is basic PC/Windows operation - nothing specific to Nordic or Keil.
