Add attribute reporting support

Hi,

We have successfully verified "BLE UART and Zigbee Color Dimmer Light Switch Example".

Right now we see there is no support for receiving reports from light bulb example.

I tried to pull reporting changes from CLI agent example but not working.

Can you please tell how to add support for receiving reports?

I see ep_process_zcl_cmd() called from libzboss.a library in CLI but same function is not called from libzboss.ed.a library used in BLE UART and Zigbee Color Dimmer Light Switch Example.

I cross verified CLI with light buld and able to receive reports. But instead of CLI switch should work.

Please tell what I a missing.

ZB_ZCL_CMD_REPORT_ATTRIB command is not at all received in cli_agent_ep_handler_report pulled into switch from CLI example. ZB_ZCL_CMD_CONFIG_REPORT_RESP is working indicating successful subscribing to Bulb.

May I know why ZB_ZCL_CMD_REPORT_ATTRIB is not coming?
