How to add characteristic valid range descriptor to characteristic?

Hi,

I would like to extend the HTS service with measurement interval setting support. Bluetooth SIG specifies the measurement interval characteristic, which is easy to be added to the existing HTS implementation in the SDK (v6.1), except the valid range descriptor. How should I add it to the measurement interval characteristic?
