I want to use P0.10 of NRF52810 as GPIO. I have added CFLAGS += -DCONFIG_NFCT_PINS_AS_GPIOS in the make file. But still its not working. I am using Nrf 52810 , SDK 15.2.0 and GCC compiler. I cannot upload the schematics since its confidential.

You need to modify the DK by removing R25 and R26 and shorting R27 and R28 to disconnect the NFC pins header as mentioned here
