Hi All,

I'm new to the nordic product. We previous using TIcc2642 as development board. And we would like to test our application over different hardware. Is there any hardware that similar to CC262 with large RAM size >40K and with BLE5. And where should i start?

Hi Jianan,

Check out the nRF52832 device.  It comes in two memory sizes.  512k of flash with 64k ram or 256k flash and 32k ram.

There is a development kit that has the 512k / 64k option. With that you just then design for the memory option you need.
