Need an example for nRF52840 reading some data from an accelerometer sensor interfaced to it.

Is there anything to match the above subject with SPI ?

The coding for sending and receiving should be written on the both sides of sensor driver and master side?

Take a look at SPI Master Example (located in <InstallFolder>\examples\peripheral\spi) and SPI Slave Example (located in <InstallFolder>\examples\peripheral\spis).
