nRF SKD update got stacked

Hi

Past week (on a Windows 10 pc) I've installed the nrf connect sdk (nrfconnectsetup331ia32), and yesterday offered me an update (nrfconnectsetup340ia32); since I've not done as many progresses as to get to used, I dediced to proceed with the suggestion. The point is that during the update progress a couple of errors appeared, and asked e if I wanted to cancel, retry or ommit. I've chocen ommit since I thought It was related with the fact that the nrf connect was open. Bad idea. Now I haven't any of them working, and If I try to install the new version it gets stacked as you see in the picture:

I can not remove any nordic programm (since they're not in the add/remove programs pannel). How should I proceed?

Hi Esteban, 

Could you try to uninstall nRF Connect, go into {user}\AppData\Roaming and removed everything that has *nrf*connect in the name, install again? Please let me know this helps or not.

Hi Esteban, 

Please try to 

1. Uninstall nRF Connect
2. Go into {user}\AppData\Roaming and removed everything that has *nrf*connect in the name
3. Restart PC
4. Download nRF Connect 3.4 from https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-tools/Development-Tools/nRF-Connect-for-desktop/Download#infotabs instead of updating from 3.3.

Could you try another pc? 

Could the nRF Connect 3.3 work if you don't update to 3.4?
