How to add two custom char in a custom service?

How to add two or more custom characteristics in a custom service? I am able to add characteristics from github.com/.../nRF52-Bluetooth-Course to this tutorial. The same way I have added a second char but it is not being shown in nRF_Co.. 

Please provide me if any example explains the same issue??

Hello,

Have you seen the Beginner Characteristics tutorial?
You will need to replicate the steps to adding the characteristic to your service including providing a new UUID and declaring its existence.
If you check out the top comment on the tutorial by Vasiliy titled "Adding Multiple Characteristics to your Service and updating their values, Step by Step:" he provides exactly what you are looking for, I believe.
