Keil device firmware pack link no longer works

I am trying to download version 8.31.1 of the nRF device firmware pack for keil from this link

developer.nordicsemi.com/.../NordicSemiconductor.nRF_DeviceFamilyPack.8.32.1.pack but am unable to as the link does not work (connection reset by server), where can I download this from? The link is from the MDK5 DFP download page on www.keil.com/.../

The link seems to work here. Are you still having issues with accessing the download? The MDK packs can also be found on this page.

Hello. I've just tried to install Nordic's packs (used both Packet installer and directly ) but i couldn't.
As I see Keil's website has wrong links to packs in Packet installer.
I downloaded devicefamilypack and MDK packs by links above. Installed both.

Devicefamily was successfully updated. Other MDK packs (BLE, SoftDevices, ANT, Examples ....) was not.

What is wrong? Keil MDK  and Packet installer are the latest versions, downloaded today.
