Tracking GPS but never get FIX

Hi, 

I wrote a code using gps_controller.c on my thingy:91. However, i could never get a GPS FIX so i decide to try the GPS sample but it doesn't work neither. 

I tried several places. Nevertheless, with the asset_tracker application I can get the location. 

Any idea of what is going on ?

• A-GPS with SUPL uses Google SUPL server.
• nRF Cloud A-GPS uses nRF Cloud server.

If i understood correctly, I can use the SUPL for a production device right ? 

However, I did not find anything for the nRF cloud A-GPS. It is just for a test or can it be use for salable device ?

I also do not understand why my application for SUPL-C license has been denied. I used the same email address as the one for DevZone.
