LED1 and P0.02

Hi every body, I am using nrF9160 SDK. I am testing the sample project Blink_LED. In the documentation is written that LED1 is connected to P0.02. If so then why the voltage in borns of the LED1 and P0.02 is not the same. I want to use P0.02 to blink an external LED.
Thanks for an answer.

I know that there is a resistor and because of this resistor and so on the differnce of  tension in borns is 3.3V , while the tension in P0.02 is almost 700mV or less.

What I understand from documentation when it is said that LED1 and P0.02 are connected. I wait that whether the tension in P0.02 should be the same or higher. Otherwise how we can use P0.02 to command an external port like another LED for example to show the same behavior of LED1.
