How can I get Thingy91 to work with the LwM2M sample?

Hi, I have been trying to get Thingy91 to work with the LwM2M sample found here. It works fine with the nrf9160 devkit and it seems to work for ~1min or so with the thingy91 also since I can see it in the Leshan server for a short while. Why it disconnects I do not know. So if you could share some tips what I need to make sure in my build environment that this would work on thingy (secure boot is set properly already). And then I was looking at the sensor code and it seems that there is no easy way to configure the Thingy91 sensors, but the LwM2M sample code is sending a hardcoded value or using the die sensor which is not present in nrf9160, if there was some instructions on how to enable at least the temp sensor that would be awesome.

Hello Juha,

You can actually read the temperature of the nrf9160 SiP itself with the AT command: %XTEMP.
Or you could use the external temperature sensor that is on the Thingy:91 PCB. 
The sensor data when running the Asset_tracker on Thingy:91 is using the onboard sensors, and you can use the Asset_tracker application as a reference on how you can implement the sensors in other applications.

I would recommend that you add a "prj_thingy91_nrf9160ns.conf" file in your lwm2m client project and add the necessary configurations to e.g. utilize the temperature sensor etc. Please use the one in the Asset_tracker application for reference.

I also recommend that you add the following configurations listed in the Pull Request, especially when running on the NB-IoT network.

If you have any issues please send a serial output log when running the sample.
