Hello,

I'm designing the electronic of the nRF9160. We use the ANT PIN (61) for frequencies in the range [700MHz; 2200MHz]. 

 I'm wondering to add a band filter on the line (like on the picture) between the ANT pin and the coaxial connector? Or maybe is it better to simply rout it close as possible to the ANT PIN?

What is the best in between these two possibilities regarding the EMC and signal integrity issues?

to rout it close is the best alternative. 
Your planning on using an external antenna with 50 Ohm impedance match?

Yes I will connect a 50Ohms multi band antenna, probably this one: https://www.siretta.com/products/antennas/delta-41/
