AT%XSYSTEMMODEAT%XSYSTEMMODE=1,0,0,0 will not survive a reboot

I have the Thingy91 module, everything is working when I (turn off modem then) set AT%XSYSTEMMODE=1,0,0,0 (and turn on modem again), but if I power cycle the device the original factory SYSTEMMODE=0,1,1,0 returns.

What else do I need to do to hard set this configuration please?

Hi,

 

AT+CFUN=0 stores configuration to the modem, so that it sets this on boot up.

Could you try this after issuing your configuration settings?

This did not work. 0 state seems to be minimum functionality but not save parameters. Is there another command that might do this please?

Hi,

 

If the application overwrites this on boot, then that setting will be used. Try to use at_client to verify if this has been set properly by issuing AT%XSYSTEMMODE just after boot.
