Not able to install the nrfutil tool by using python

Hi Team,

I have down loaded the  "pc-nrfutil-6.1.zip" from git repository and started the execution by using python commands. while running i am getting some errors.

But i have installed python37-32 and PIP as well, but while installing i am getting errors, attached the screen shot for the same.

Could any one please help me on this issue means how to install(Desktop Specific commands) the "nrfutil" and how to use it for key generation.

Do you have a python installation in C:\Python37 ? 

I ask because you might have an incorrect path to Python in your Environmental Variables.
