nRF52840 with Zephyr Mesh support over HCI

Hello.

I want to use the nrf52840 as Bluetooth radio controller which is connected over UART to Linux based ARM host. 

We are targetting to use meshctl on linux host and Zephyr based Mesh firmware on the nrf52840 chip, Can anyone help to confirm if mesh support is available over HCI  Zephyr and meshctl side?
