Measure ambient temperature with nrf52810 internal temperature sensor

Can I use the nrf52810 internal temperature sensor to measure ambient temperature? I know it is designed for die temperature but I don't need to know the accurate temperature but rather how the temperature changes over time. If I set the chip to go to sleep (system ON mode) for like half an hour and then wake up and take a quick measurement, how accurate the measurement will be? And is it consistent between different chips?

Probably the most significant things are not the chip itself, but the board it's mounted on, the enclosure it's in, and what exactly your code is doing.

If you really want to do this, you're going to have to spend time characterising it for your particular application.
