recevied SMS in nRF9160 interpretation

Hi Team,

I just want to understand how to interpret the SMS received.

I am actually getting a combination of numbers and character for the SMS,here is my log

I am actually sending SMS from call box R&S "Testing SMS"

And also for AT command AT+CMGF=mode 

<mode>
0 – PDU mode, default value.

there is no text mode.
