Contract Android mobile app developers that have used the BLE DFU bootloader and buttonless protocol

Hi 

I am looking for some specific contract developer help to build and Android app to update Firmware in devices using  DFU and the buttonless service.  Obviously there are many companies that have BLE capabilities but ideally have the experience around DFU. Can anyone help or point me to someone? 

Is DFU part of the standard Nordic Android BLE library or a separate one?
