nRF command line tool error

Hi. I'm trying to use command line tool, but an error occurred as shown in the picture below. Let me know why.

I am trying to replicate this, but I can't do it.

Can you try to run it in a cmd window? 

What version did you install? use the command nrfjprog --version.

If not already the latest version, can you try to update to the latest version?

What is your HW? Is it an nRF Development kit? Which one?

Have you tried to power cycle it? perhaps the debugger has crashed (it happens sometimes).

And I don't know why I get 123456 when I type nrfjprog.exe --ids.
