nRF52 main.c blank after rebooting my pc

I have used nrf52 module and it was working correctly. while debugging my PC was restarted for other pc issue. after the reboot i opened my project file my main.c file exist but there is nothing in that file. it was looks like a blank file. other support files are present but main.c file was blank after the reboot. Please anyone give me the solution for that?? How can i restore my code. I was not having any backup files.

It sounds like you had the file open in multiple instances and/or you did not have write permissions when saving your file. 

I suggest you use git version control.
