Programming cable for Thingy-91

Is this the right cable to program the Thingy 91 using nRF9160-DK?

Alternately, if I need to connect J-Link pro debugger from Segger to Thingy91, can I use the adapter below along with the cable above?

Hi

Yes, that is the correct cable for communication between our Thingy boards and DKs, and DK to DK, etc. 

And yes, the adapter below is used between JTAG cables to SWD cables (SWD cables being what our boards are equipped with).
