NRF52840 DK with NRF52811

Hi,

I would like to evaluate the NRF52811 chipset module (BMD-360 from UBlox) using the NRF52840 DK.

If I am to read the Constant Tone Extension that will be transmitted by the NRF52811 chip, will I be able to read this tone from the NRF52840 DK?

Hi

You can do any evaluation not specific to Bluetooth 5.1 (that is AoA/AoD, CTE, and IQ sampling in particular) with the nRF52840DK. Note that the nRF52811 module does support things like CTE, but the nRF52840 won't be able to pick up and handle these transmissions.
