Where can I find breaking changes (0.2 > 0.3) in the zb_cli_wrapper python library?

Hi, is there any public repository in which I could track changes in zb_cli_wrapper library?
I had problems migrating from 0.2 to 0.3, and don't want to do this another time while bumping to newer version.
