Nrf9160 get stuck when run http_client in zephyr folder ?

Im trying to run http_client example in zephyr folder (ncs\v1.3.0\zephyr\samples\net\sockets\http_client). When i debug, the app run to fault, i dont know what fault but it can recoverable and go to the same fault again.

Can you point me what wrong is with the example and what should I do to fix it?

Im using nrf sdk v1.3.0 with segger embedded studio for arm.

Have you tried debugging this at all to see what function is causing this error, and what error code it returns? Please check out our debugging section in the NCS tutorial for more information on how to set up and debug an application in NCS.

Hi Simonr, i have try to debug, and i see the app can run to k_sleep(K_FOREVER); without any fault, but i dont see the callback function (payload_cb and response_cb) was call and according to my understanding, this proves that nrf are receiving response data. I let the app go and it meet fault (i dont know how to find the cause of the fault).

 Where are you expecting to get these callback functions from? If the application just goes to sleep and doesn't receive anything, that means it doesn't communicate with anything.

Hi Simon, you are right, i have use http_client with my own project, and its work, but the response message havent been parsed, do you know how parse it by using feature in zephyr ?

Have you looked at the call stack after the error happens, that might give you some clue on what's happening and what's causing the fault.
