Required characteristics in the Device Information Service

For certification purposes to qualify for the QDID defined by Nordic, are there any characteristics that are required to be present in the Device information Service (System ID, Manufacturer name, etc) ?

The Device Information Service documentation states "Attention! To maintain compliance with Nordic Semiconductor ASA Bluetooth profile qualification listings, this section of source code must not be modified.". Does that mean the ble_dis.c file cannot be modified?

 Yes it shouldn't be modified. Is there a reason for why you would like to modify it?

Regarding the characteristics in the DIS, are any of them required or they are all optionals? For example System ID or Manufacturer name?
