nRF5340 hci_rpmsg failed to download application

I tried to program this example developer.nordicsemi.com/.../README.html onto the nRF5340 network core, following the instruction from here devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../ncs-tutorial---temporary and I got an error message:

Error reported
Failed to download application.
Error during program/erase phase.
Please check J-Link and target connection.

But when I tried to program another example to an application core, then everything worked properly.

Please, tell me, what's wrong with my way of programming hci_rpmsg example for the network core. How should I build and run it to program correctly? I only clicked "Build -> Build and Run" in SEGGER Embedded Studio.
