Host gives drive-off dfu upgrade issue

1. Mobile phone can give dfu upgrade to the machine
2. There is no host to give the dfu upgrade routine

Could you elaborate more about your question ? 
Are asking for a firmware to run on a Nordic chip to OTA DFU another Nordic chip ? If you are asking for that, we don't have example available yet. You would need to base on the described DFU protocol to build your application. Or refer to the code of the Android/iOS app or nRF Connect for Desktop.
