Using Segger Embedded Studio for nrf51822

The most relevant thread on this topic is two years old. I do  not want to use Keil as it is so costly and the project may not go anywhere. I am not interesting in using the command line - beyond my memorization capacity and a great source of frustration.. I need to develop a BLE pulse ox device on the NRF51822 using the corresponding development kit. My development environment is Windows 10. Can I use Segger Embedded Studio for doing this task?
