Nordic Thingy 91 - not dectected

Hi

I am using nordic thingy 91 and i want to program my application on nRF9160 and nRF52840 respectively and i am following the getting start guide.

first i was able to program nRF9160 using usb via nRF connect. but Thingy 91 is not detecting when i switch to nRF52840. after then i didnt see nRF9160 also.

Two UART ports are also not showing.

What should be the problem ?

Hi, sorry for the late response. It sounds to me that some bootloader code has been erased from the chip. I will try to reproduce it here. I will let you know what I find out. Unfortunately there will be some delays in the response because of summer vacation.

Can you try to update the modem using an external debugger instead?
