When I use nrf connect app it gives me error "Error while setting up the device 000000xxxxxx: No serial port available for device with serial number 000000xxxxxx". What would be the problem with that.

Although I search this problem, I couldn't find any proper solution for this error. I am using J-Link OB Arm.

I am using the latest version of nRF Connect.

Also, I am using BL651 nRF52810 SoC.
