Front End Module (FEM) control with nRF Connect

Hi,

We are trying to use an nRF21540 FEM with nRF5340 running the latest nRF Connect SDK.  Please can you advise how we can generate the necessary TX_EN/RX_EN signals to control the FEM for use with BLE?

Hi,

 

There is no support for this with nRF5340 yet. You can try using MPSL radio notifications but it does not expose any information about what happens inside the timeslot, so I do not see any easy way of doing this. Hooking onto radio events with PPI is not going to help either due to the state transition time of NRF21540.
