HID Report Map/Report Descriptor- iOS volume-up control

Dear Nordic,

I want to control the volume up feature through HID for iOS while pressing the key.

How can I proceed for that. Please share Report map /Report descriptor only for volume up control.

Could you have a look at this case ? There is an example provided in the case, it's pretty old but I think the report map could be referred.

well, I have checked this before. The case is what I am using is working on Android well but Its not working on iOS. I don't understand the cause. I just need to control the Vol+ feature on iOS. Please suggest.

iOS doesn't allow mouse devices, so it will refuse to enumerate it. Unsure if this will affect the consumer control as well, but it may be the case. Try this one instead: github.com/.../nrf51_ble_app_hids_kbd_consumercontrol

@Ash: Håkon was correct, iOS doesn't allow mouse devices. I was wrong to point you to the example that used mouse. Have you tried the example Håkon provided ?

I checked it, but Its not working. The same is working with Android but Not supporting iOS. I checked, when I send key press request to Phone, there is no response from Phone. Why so? Please suggest the solution.
