Configuring PDM for sampling rate of 96KHz

Hi,

I need to sample ultrasonic signal with PDM microphone.
I would like to use NRF52840 PDM module and configure it for sampling frequency of 96KHz.

Is it possible? Also, what is the bandwidth of PDM's module decimation filter?

It's only been tested and qualified to around ~16kHz, slower may work, but I would not recommend higher.
