I want to use the similar ADC function for the chip but the nrf52820 is missing the ssadc.

I am trying to read the analog signal to convert it to digital signal on the nrf52820, however, the saadc example is not working on this chip. Do anyone has an idea how to get the ADC done? or example that I can use? 

The goal is to convert the signal and use the signal to control stuff.

Hello,

Unfortunately this will not work, since the nRF52820 does not have an on-chip SAADC, please see the nRF52 series comparison table.
The nRF52820 does however have analogue comparison pins - maybe you can use these instead, depending on your application and signal.
