Enabling Notification by default

Hello,

 

I am using nRF52840 S140 V7.0.1.

 

I added notification and if I enable notification in nRF app (Client), I am able to see notification getting executed whenever there is a change in Server.

But my query is, whether can we enable Notification by default in code/Server rather than from client.

Without enabling notification in Client, whenever there is a change in data I am calling sd_ble_gatts_hvx(), still the latest values are not reflected in client.

and the statement 

"By following the steps using two main functions sd_ble_gatts_sys_attr_set and sd_ble_gatts_sys_attr_get , I finally enable the notification successfully on the GATT server side.Now we could notify the value as long as building the connection without waiting the enabled notification from GATT client."

Can you please let me know whether this will work.
