how to improve multilink`s connect distance

Dear all:

    i have a problem about connect distance. My central device is nRF52840 ，peripherals are nRF52810 device。all device Hardware RF performance are good.   But,when my central connect to multi peripherals ,the connect distance is just about 15m.I want to improve to 30- 50m.  For tx power, the central set +8dbm, peripherals set +4dbm. How can i impove multilink conect distance.

15m is not a whole lot, depending on the environment of course, but this might indicate that the PCB design is not optimal. Could you upload it here so someone can look over it?

Thank you ，but，when  central  conncet with one peripheral，the distanc about  40m - 50m，so，PCB design should be ok！  when my central connect to multi peripherals（8 peripherals），just 4m ， more peripherals disconnect ， the  disconnected reason is  error 8  （BLE_HCI_CONNCET_TIMEOUT）。so i want to know about how can i impove multilink conect distance？
