nRF53840 Sniffer

Dear Team, 

I am trying to use nrf53840 USB dongle as sniffer. getting following error. 

Reopen device failed: Timeout while waiting for device FAC66FF88C25 to be attached and enumerated

18:23:27.100

Nordic DFU Trigger Interface was not found.Please physically reset device.

18:23:27.107

Device not found due to failure during DFU

Please suggest me the right firmware and flashing procedure 

FYI: i'm using nRF Desktop connection application in ubuntu-20.04

The nRF52840 dongle is not support, see here for supported hardware:

It means PCA100059 (which is nRF52840 USB Dongle ) doesn't  work as sniffer ..? since it's not listed in the supported devices

That is right, the PCA10059 does not contain the SEGGER chip that do the UART -> USB transfer. It would require quite a lot of change if the nRF52840 should do this also.
