SOCKET communication

Dear,nordic:

• Please help me solve the socket communication process encountered in the exception

        SDK : ncs v1.2;

        samples : asset tracker;

        path : ncs\v1.2.0\nrf\applications\asset_tracker;

        function : poll(&fds, 1, mqtt_keepalive_time_left(&client));

        issue : when the base cell was lost,it didn't report anything to me,i need the event as POLLERR.

Hi qyj,
Could you please try out asset tracker from NCS v1.3.0 ?
or at least NCS v1.2.1, since there has been updates and fixes since v1.2.0.

Also I would recommend using the latest possible Modem Firmware: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Low-power-cellular-IoT/nRF9160/Download#infotabs

How do you provoke a cell loss? (network loss)

(e.g. maybe the device just switch from one eNB (celltower) to another and therefore its no issue.)

Please describe the issue in more details and share any log output if there are any problems.
