Is there any plan to have an extended operating range nRF52840?

I'd like to be able to use it to, say, 105C

If not is there an alternative part with at least the same amount of memory that will have an extended operating range

For the nRF52-series, nRF52820 and nRF52833 is qualified for operation at an extended temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. With nRF52833 you have 512 KB of flash and 128 KB of available RAM
